2025 Toyota Camry Interior Colors (W/ Photos)

Choosing the interior color of your Camry is not just important but also an enjoyable process. After all, you’ll spend more time looking at the interior than the exterior while driving.

Wouldn’t it be great to have all the options laid out in an easy-to-compare way? That’s exactly why I created this article.

To start, the 2025 Toyota Camry offers a variety of interior color and material options, with specific choices available for each trim level. Each option has its own unique appeal, making it essential to carefully consider your preferences when selecting the perfect interior for your Camry.

In this article, I’ll walk you through all the interior color options and their availability across different trims. I’ll also dive into the materials offered and share some tips for choosing the ideal interior color for your Camry.

Cockpit Red

Cockpit Red combines a rich, medium red on the seats, select door trims, and parts of the dashboard. This bold color takes the sporty vibe of the Camry to a whole new level. For added comfort, Cockpit Red features perforated genuine leather.

This interior color is exclusively available on the XSE trim at no additional cost. However, it’s only offered with select exterior paint options, including Heavy Metal, Midnight Black Metallic, Supersonic Red, Wind Chill Pearl, Underground, and certain two-tone color combinations.

While Cockpit Red might not appeal to everyone, it’s a must-have if you’re a fan of red and want to enhance the sporty look of your Camry XSE.

Black Leather

Black interiors remain a popular choice for their simplicity and versatility. This color complements almost any car model and style effortlessly.

For the Toyota Camry, the Black Leather interior adds a touch of luxury with its premium leather material and perforated seat design, which enhances both comfort and elegance.

Black Leather is exclusively available on the XSE trim at no additional cost. As the sportiest model in the Camry lineup, the XSE pairs perfectly with the adaptability and sophistication of the black leather interior.

Personally, Black Leather is my favorite pick from the 2025 Camry interior color lineup, it’s timeless and effortlessly stylish.

Black Fabric

The Black Fabric interior is the exclusive option available on the LE trim.

Its contrasting black tone complements the Camry’s interior design beautifully. The fabric material is particularly practical, as it cleverly hides dirt and stains while being surprisingly easy to clean.

While fabric may not match the luxury of leather, it brings its own set of benefits. It requires less maintenance than leather and is an excellent choice for those living in hot climates, as it doesn’t retain heat as much.

Boulder Fabric

The Boulder Fabric interior is the exclusive option available on the LE trim. Boulder Fabric is Toyota’s name for the dark gray interior option in the 2025 Camry.

This color is quite intriguing and turns out to be a great fit for the Camry. It brings a sense of spaciousness to the interior while maintaining a touch of sportiness in the cabin.

The gray tone is versatile enough to pair well with any exterior color, though, in my opinion, it looks especially stunning when matched with the Ocean Gem exterior.

As for the material, it’s fabric. As mentioned earlier, fabric interiors are practical, and there’s not much to complain about when it comes to this choice.

Black SofTex-Fabric

Black SofTex-Fabric is a black interior option that combines Toyota’s SofTex material with fabric accents in select areas.

What is SofTex? It’s a unique material exclusive to Toyota that mimics the look and feel of leather while being more environmentally friendly and easier to maintain. SofTex is designed to be durable, lightweight, and resistant to spills, making it a practical choice for everyday use.

SofTex® is a synthetic leather seat material designed for wear, easy cleaning and resisting spills. Soft to the touch, SofTex weighs about half as much as genuine leather.

The way it’s made generates around 85% fewer CO emissions and 99% fewer Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) than conventional synthetic leather. It also does not include any animal-based material.

Toyota

This interior is the exclusive option available on the SE trim. It has a unique look, featuring a white stripe on the seats that creates a panda-like color pattern. This adds a playful yet sophisticated touch to the Camry’s cabin.

Boulder SofTex-Fabric

Just like Black SofTex-Fabric, Boulder SofTex-Fabric is a combination of SofTex material with fabric on the seat. The difference is that this time it is Boulder (Gray) in color.

In addition, the gray color on Boulder SofTex-Fabric is not comprehensive throughout the car interior. The ceiling, door trim, dashboard, armrest, air conditioning grille, and the majority of other interior parts are still black. The Boulder (Gray) color is only found on the seats, part of the dashboard, and part of the door trim. It would be quite nice if this gray color extended to other parts, including the ceiling.

The white accents on the seats, specifically on the shoulder rest and the center of the seat bottom, are still present. Personally, I don’t find these accents aesthetically appealing. In my opinion, they don’t add to the overall design.

Boulder SofTex-Fabric is also only available for the Camry SE trim.

Black Leather-Microfiber

The Black Leather-Microfiber interior features a sleek combination of black on the seats, dashboard, and door trims.

The ceiling, along with the A and B pillars, is finished in light gray, giving the cabin a more spacious feel. However, some enthusiasts believe an all-black design would enhance the sporty and elegant vibe even further.

The seats are upholstered in leather, accented with microfiber in certain areas. The microfiber is noticeably smoother and more comfortable than standard fabric, adding an extra touch of refinement.

One standout detail is the diamond-pattern motif on the dashboard and door trims. This design element successfully elevates the Camry XLE’s cabin, adding a luxurious flair.

As a final note, the Black Leather-Microfiber interior is exclusive to the Camry XLE trim.

Light Gray Leather-Microfiber

Light Gray Leather-Microfiber is exclusively available for Camry XLE trims. This interior option features a light gray tone on the seats, ceiling, A and B pillars, sections of the dashboard, and parts of the trim, with the remaining areas finished in black.

The combination of light gray and black creates a cabin that feels spacious, elegant, and visually appealing. The diamond-pattern motif on the dashboard and door trims further enhances the luxurious feel of this interior.

Personally, Light Gray Leather-Microfiber is my second favorite Camry interior color, just after Black Leather.

Yes, the 2025 Toyota Camry offers leather seating, but it’s exclusive to the XSE trim. Other trims, like the XLE, feature a leather and microfiber combination, while the SE comes with SofTex, Toyota’s synthetic leather material.

Wrapping-Up

The Toyota Camry’s interior options range from standard to premium materials, tailored to match each trim level. However, the color and material choices for the seats are specific to each trim, so your interior preferences may influence which trim you choose.

For example, if you’re set on a black interior with leather seats, the Camry XSE is your only option. Similarly, if you opt for the Camry LE, you’ll need to stick with fabric interiors.

The good news is that every trim level offers two color options—one dark and one light—giving you some flexibility in style, even if the seat materials vary by trim.

The photos and descriptions in this article should give you a clearer idea of the Camry’s interior colors and materials.

That said, I always recommend visiting your local Toyota dealership to see and experience the interior firsthand. There’s no better way to decide which option is right for you.
